Video Teller Machine (VTM) - Digital Branch

Overview

What is a video teller machine (VTM)? Simple, it's just like a teller you would interact with in person, but in this case you are video conferencing with one. Aside from dispensing coins, a VTM accomplishes the same experience and level of customer service you have come to expect at a traditional branch.

VTMs are also at the core of SEFCU's digital branch network. They enable us to provide even more members our same great services.
