Learners will identify the type of mortgage loan that is best for their situation and become familiar with different kinds of home sales including a short sale and foreclosure.

In addition to providing tips related to the property, the transaction, and the move, advantages and disadvantages of home buying, and negotiating the best price will also be covered.
