Non-Dividend Account Addendum Form

Please change my SEFCU share accounts to non-dividend bearing accounts. I understand that SEFCU normally pays dividends on share accounts, as reflected in account disclosures on sefcu.com, in the SEFCU Member Benefits Guide and in the SEFCU Business Benefits Guide and I am requesting that the credit union make an exception in this case.

I understand that under this arrangement my share accounts will not earn dividends and SEFCU will not be required to provide IRS information returns, including the 1099-INT.

An overdraft occurs when you do not have enough money in the current balance in your account to cover a transaction at the time it is presented to us and posted, but we pay it anyway. We can cover your overdrafts in two different ways:

Overdraft Disclosure

An overdraft occurs when (a) there is not enough money in the Available Balance in your checking account at the time a transaction is presented to SEFCU for payment or authorization OR (b) there is not enough money in the Current Balance in your checking account at the time a transaction is “posted” to your account, but in either case SEFCU pays the transaction anyway.
