If you are having trouble accessing SEFCU OnLine or SEFCU iPay, you may be using an unsupported browser or may need to change the settings on your browser.

Your online banking pages are supported by most modern browsers. In order to ensure the best possible experience, please be sure you are using the most up-to-date versions of the browsers listed below. Your browser will need both JavaScript and first- and third-party cookies enabled to access and operate within the site.

Having trouble accessing SEFCU iPay from your iPhone ® or iPad ® ?

The iPad and iPhone browsers are not fully supported within SEFCU OnLine, and you may experience issues when accessing your SEFCU account from these mobile devices. If accessing SEFCU iPay from an iPad or iPhone browser, the following settings are recommended, though they do not guarantee functionality:

Private Browsing: Off
Accept Cookies: Always
Javascript: On
Block Popups: Off

If you are still unable to access SEFCU iPay, try opening iPay in a new tab by performing a long click on the iPay tab and clicking on "Open in a new window."
