Resetting your online banking password or username - mobile instructions

 We all forget our credentials occasionally. Follow the simple instructions below and you'll be back online in no time!

To reset your password:

  1. Open your Mobile app and click  the “More” button on the login screen.
  2. On the next screen click on  “Recover Credentials.” 
  3. Enter your phone number and username then click the “Send me a new password.”
  4. You will receive a text message with a temporary password. Enter the temporary password into the field and click the “confirm” button.
  5. Once you enter the temporary password you will be prompted to confirm your identity through text or voicemail. Choose “text me” or “call me.”
  6. If you choose text, text the provided code back to confirm your device. If you choose call, follow the automated instructions.
  7. Once your identity is confirmed, enter the temporary password you received in the “Current password” field. Create a new password meeting the current password requirements shown. Select “Change” to complete the process.

 To reset your username:

  1. Open your Mobile app and click  the “More” button on the login screen.
  2. On the next screen click on  “Recover Credentials.”
  3. Click “I forgot my username.”
  4. Enter the email associated with your online banking account and click send.
  5. Check your email for your username and follow the instructions.
