Solutions Specialist (Full-time, Part-time) - Capital Region

The qualified candidate will cheerfully respond to telephone requests for withdrawals, transfers, balance inquiries, and other account information. He/she will recognize and refer cross-selling opportunities, establish, retain, and deepen relationships with members and potential members to achieve sales goals and provide quality member service. Salary is $14 per hour to start.
A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and customer service, banking, and/or hospitality experience is required. Must have outstanding verbal communication and telephone skills with prior call center or telephone experience a plus. A sales background is preferred.
