Member Specialist (Full-time) - Capital Region, Syracuse

The qualified candidate will cheerfully perform financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and SEFCU Credit Card payments. He/She will assist members with balance inquiries, account histories, and requests for information while cross-selling SEFCU products and services. Additional responsibilities include establishing, retaining, and deepening relationships with members and potential members to achieve sales goals and provide quality member service. Salary is $14 per hour to start.
A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and a minimum of one year related customer service and/or hospitality experience is required.
