For your safety, and those of all members and staff, we encourage you to bank at home or use no-contact banking solutions, such as ATMs, VTMs, and secure Drop Boxes as much as possible. If you utilize the Secure Drop Box, deposits will be processed same business day as long as they are deposited at least one hour before the branch closes. If you must enter a branch, please keep 3-6 feet distance between yourself and others as recommended by health professionals.

Suspension of Non-Essential Services

  • For the time being, branches will not be selling Regal Movie Tickets or Mastercard® Gift Cards.
  • We understand that there are some transactions or services that require you to visit a branch. To help with this, we have created a form which allows you to request an appointment for assistance. Please complete the form anytime you need to schedule an in-branch appointment, and we will reach out shortly to confirm your request and set a time that best suits you.
