For your safety, and those of all members and staff, we encourage you to bank at home or use contactless banking solutions, such as ATMs, VTMs, and secure Drop Boxes as much as possible. If you utilize the Secure Drop Box, deposits will be processed same business day as long as they are deposited at least one hour before the branch closes.

If you must enter a branch, please follow the following Centers for Disease Control protocols:

  • Wear a mask. To comply with Governor Hochul's mandate, all members and staff must wear a mask when inside any SEFCU location, regardless of vaccination status.
  • Maintain good social distance (about 6 feet). This is very important in preventing the spread of COVID-19.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water. If soap and water are not available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
  • Routinely clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces.

Suspension of Non-Essential Services

  • For the time being, branches will not be selling Regal Movie Tickets or Mastercard® Gift Cards.
