For your safety, and those of all members and staff, we encourage you to bank at home or use contactless banking solutions, such as ATMs, VTMs, and secure Drop Boxes as much as possible. If you utilize the Secure Drop Box, deposits will be processed same business day as long as they are deposited at least one hour before the branch closes.
Branch Appointments
We understand that there are some transactions or services that require you to visit a branch. Some examples of these needs include: Accessing your safe deposit box, adding a beneficiary to your account, large business member transactions, large cash withdrawals, Notary/Medallion Signature Guarantee, opening a new account as an existing member, removing an account holder, redeeming savings bonds, and rolled coin pick up. For the best member experience possible, and to avoid extended wait times, please make an appointment for non-transaction-related services by completing this In-Branch Appointment Scheduler form. This will help avoid unnecessary waiting due to limited capacity inside the branch. Please complete the form anytime you need to schedule an in-branch appointment, and we will reach out shortly to confirm your request and set a time that best suits you.
If you must enter a branch, please follow the following Centers for Disease Control protocols:
- Maintain good social distance (about 6 feet). This is very important in preventing the spread of COVID-19.
- Wash your hands often with soap and water. If soap and water are not available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
- Routinely clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces.
- Cover your mouth and nose with a cloth face covering when around others.
Suspension of Non-Essential Services
- For the time being, branches will not be selling Regal Movie Tickets or Mastercard® Gift Cards.
