Nancy Cassella Long-time educator, Nancy Cassella, is Western Region Financial Wellness Educator and joined the team in 2011. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Vocational Teacher Preparation in Business and Marketing and a Master of Science in Education, both from SUNY Oswego. Nancy has strong connections to the Syracuse, Binghamton, and Buffalo regions where she has provided financial education for more than 12 years. Nancy's passion is to provide young people with the tools and skills they need to become financially responsible adults, and motivation to keep learning. She strives to create an inclusive, interactive learning environment with hands-on activities and group learning. |

Meghan Johnson Meghan Johnson, Eastern Region Financial Wellness Educator, has a passion for learning and education. Her teaching experience includes working as Director of Auxiliary Services at Woodland Hill Montessori School, where she taught various age groups. She has tailored lessons to multiple grade levels and created presentations and webinars for teacher education initiatives. Meghan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in writing, which she uses to create clear and creative educational materials. She enjoys applying her skills in education and financial services to promote financial wellness throughout the community. Meghan continues to expand her skillset and is currently enrolled in the CUNA Financial Counseling Certification Program (FiCEP). |

Cheryl Moore Cheryl Moore, Online Financial Education Instructional Designer Leader, holds a bachelor’s degree in English from SUNY Albany and a master’s degree in Learning and Emerging technology from SUNY Empire. She has extensive experience with adult education, technology, and entrepreneurial management. Cheryl enjoys connecting with people, cultivating new ideas, and collaborating with colleagues. Cheryl leads the Broadview Financial Well-Being team to craft in-person and live virtual financial education experiences using learning design theory and principles. Her creativity and knowledge of digital technologies supports the team’s mission to provide uniquely interactive financial education for all ages. She is passionate about engaging learners to help them gain new money skills, insights, and positive habits. |

Sarah Trela Sarah Trela, Director of Financial Well-Being, has an extensive work history in the areas of education, communications, and workforce development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Russell Sage College and an MBA from SUNY Albany. A Capital Region native, Sarah enjoys fostering connections, promoting positive change through education, and collaborating with business partners to achieve success. |
