April is Financial Literacy month – a month all about learning and challenging your financial habits to reach new goals. The best way to impact your finances is to become empowered with financial knowledge and learn how it applies to your daily life.  

To celebrate Financial Literacy month and inspire individuals in their financial journeys, SEFCU's Institute for Financial Well-Being is offering a chance to win $100! Every piece of financial education you participate in during April and May will count as an entry towards one of the five $100 prizes!


Each action you complete counts as one entry to win:

Double the entries you’ve made taking courses and attending webinars by sharing a testimonial describing the impact of something you’ve learned with the financial well-being team! To be sure you receive the proper number of entries, email us at [email protected] using the email address you used to register for courses. For even more financial knowledge, visit SEFCU on TikTok for a financial tip of the day!

*No purchase necessary. Must be at least 18 years of age. Five winners will be randomly selected from a list of individuals who complete a live webinar and/or complete MoneyEdu courses. Winners cannot win more than once in a calendar year. Winners who are members will have their $100 deposited in their Primary Share by the week of June 15, 2022. Non-member winners will be mailed a $100 gift card by June 15, 2022. Alternate means of entry into drawing: Mail a 3”x5” index card with your full name, mailing address, and phone number in an envelope to SEFCU Marketing, Financial Well-Being Drawing; 700 Patroon Creek Blvd., Albany, NY 12206.
