  • Bank by Mail. Need to make a deposit or loan payment? Send all checks to SEFCU, P.O. Box 12189, Albany NY, 12212 - Transaction Form.
  • Visit us. Simply stop by the SEFCU branch that’s nearest you.
  • In case of emergency. As your financial institution it’s important that you are able to contact us, even in the event of an emergency. If an emergency situation does arise, first call SEFCU's Member Solutions Center at 518-452-8183 or 800-727-3328. If you are unable to reach us by telephone, stop by your local SEFCU Branch. In addition, if we are able, we will post any closings to any of our locations on sefcu.com.
