CA$H leads the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA)/AARP tax aide program.  The VITA program helps working families access the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC), and many other credits, through free tax preparation. There are free VITA sites in each county throughout the Greater Capital Region.

www.myBenefits.ny.gov  - To support OTDA's efforts to help low-income working families in New York, OTDA has created this online tool that allows any New Yorker to find out if he or she may qualify for work support benefits and other programs designed to help low-income working families and individuals.
