- Completed loan application (All legal owners of subject property are required to be included on the application.)
- Signed disclosure regarding home equity lines of credit and title insurance
- Copy of your deed
- Copy of most recent paid tax receipts for school and property taxes or year end mortgage statement if taxes are escrowed
- Signed checklist
Additional items that may be required:
Copy of existing title insurance policy or abstract of title only if title insurance is required.
